Returns
Thank you for supporting Boricua Box. Each box is thoughtfully curated with food products sourced from Puerto Rico.
Due to the nature of perishable and consumable goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
